Broker's Comments
'Don't ever position yourself above a Corby 25 on the starting line' is a quote you may hear from a seasoned IRC campaigner. This is because the 25's are renowned for their pointing ability due to their narrow beam and bulb keel combination. They are still recognised as one of the most potent IRC performers and they consistently deliver top results for their owners.
This Corby 25 was commissioned in 2005 and has been lightly raced. Originally in Wales and known as Wil2Win she has won Abersoch Week as well as many other titles, and is now seriously for sale.
All the sails are suitable for club racing/cruising with the exception of reaching spinnaker which is in very good condition
The inclusion of a road trailer makes this boat the ideal Trailer IRC Racer that can continue to perform at the highest level. You can even use below decks for over-night crashing at a regatta or some longer coastal racing.
Only a small number of these 25's were produced, so they don't often come up for sale.
If you are serious about performance and want some on-the-water excitement in the sub 30 foot range, put your team together and please give me a shout to arrange a viewing.
