Engine and gearbox were replaced about 4 years ago and have maybe 300 hours ( new M135 Perkins Sabre) unfortunately the engine has suffered some internal water damage and does not run, one wet exhaust box also needs to be repaired or replaced.
6.5 kVA generator coil needs rewiring.
Refrigeration needs leak detection and re-gassing
Variable pitch prop full forward to reverse pitch, stripped and rebuilt 5 years ago, shaft spray welded and re machined same time.
100 litre per hour AC water maker but never been completely installed or used .
All batteries replaced about 5 years ago (all Trojan deep cycle gel cells)
Refrigeration compressors, both AC and DC (two units) the DC unit rebuilt but draws too much power.

Business commitments and another yacht mean the owners,who live in Australia, no longer have the time to lavish the care on her that she deserves.
She would make a great live aboard and is a big boat for very little initial out lay and some investment / TLC.
Unfortunately one area of the deck has opened up and is allowing water into the boat.
She was last hauled about 5 years ago, but had her bottom cleaned around 30 months ago buy a diver.
