Broker's Comments
With just three week use and 30 hours on the engine since being launched in August 2005, this boat is "as new". She is very well appointed and finished.
In the photos, you will see she is having her blue stripe painted.
She is insured for £125,000 which gives some indication of the build cost. Here is your chance to pick a professionally built and fitted out, heavy duty cruising yacht at a very substantial discount.
Being a beamy and deep hulled yacht, there is plenty of room on board for a 30 footer. Certainly, if pressuried hot water was required, there would be little problem having it fitted.
She has been rigged for short handed sailing and with provisioning and a lift into the water, you could probably sail away tomorrow.
