Broker's Comments
The Islamorada is good choice if you are wanting a boat that has performance as well as cruising ability. In this boat there is a proper galley and heads. The accomodation is well proportioned with two generous double berths.
There is a fold out base under the helm seat that provides the support for the double in the upper saloon. Add to this the full height camper canvas and here is a complete package.
As the boat is 23 feet long the cost of mooring will be minimal. The engine and leg have recently (May 2007) been professionally serviced and the hull anti fouled.
This boat will suit a family who want fun in the sun and to have the ability to go further afield in desired.
