A very clean and solid boat having had a substantial amount of work done by the current owner in 2010 including;.
Complete re wire, Windows and escape hatches removed and reconditioned, New plumbing throughout, New heads, floor bearers and coach roof . New in 2011 was the diesel tank and in 2012 she has had 2 new batteries for the bow thruster. Also fitted is a diesel fired generator.
This is a clean and dry boat currently used by the owner as a live aboard whilst being a very capable cruiser in turn key condition.
The aft cabin is used as the saloon/lounge with a sofa bed to accommodate 2 extra guests making 6 berths, Amidships is the 2nd heads and galley area, fwd is another seating area with a rather impressive table and the fwd master cabin has an en suite and good sized double berth.
A well laid out boat ideal as a live aboard.
