Broker's Comments
This tidy narrowboat has been well cared for over the years. It is neatly arranged to provide comfortable living at one of London's best (and certainly cheapest) moorings at Three Mills, close to Bromley-by-Bow tube station (District Line).
Mooring fees are approximately £620/m. There is a 5% + VAT mooring transfer fee payable by the buyer.
All the facilities required for easy living afloat are provided; laundry, covered bike racks, fuel storage, Elsan, and car parking.
The boat was last out of the water in 2022 when she was surveyed. BSS expires in November 2028.
The previous survey report did recommend overplating on one side, along the wind/waterline, which should be carried out in the next few years.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
