Broker's Comments
This boat has been viewed and photographed by Peter Watt of Boatshed Portsmouth. Register or log in to see 36 more photos of this boat. This boat is described as a "Gentlemans day launch", from the stable of Hunter Boats. Propelled by a Mariner 4-Stroke outboard she is happy taking her time on jaunts around the solent but has enough horse power to move you along should the need arise. I was rather given to compare her with the likes of the Hardy Pilot 20' but it must be said that there is a feeling of space down below which is not as evident in the Hardy. The builders have not scrimped on quality and my overall impression was that the Landau was certainly 'a cut above' the average and up amongst the best in her class. This particular example has been kept clean and tidy, and that in part was down to the owners diligence. It might also have helped that the design of the boat lends itself to low maintenance through use of the right materials in the right places. These boat details are subject to contract.
