Below decks the interior is light, airy and modern as you would expect from a boat at only just over two years old. The interior has obviously been designed to cater for large groups or family while offering maximum flexibility. Ample stroage is provided throughout the interior of the boat. Being used since new for charters the boat is more worn below decks than a normal boat of this age.
The forepeak has one large double berth with entrances on both the port and starboard sides. A clever divider when fitted down the centre of the bunk creates two very cosy double or large single berth cabins which still feel of a good size. Storage is provided in a series of lockers on with either side meaning storage is plentiful no matter which cabin configuration is in use.
Along the port side of the midships area is sited the longitudinal galley. With good quality gas cooker, large capacity fridge and freezer along with good sized double basin catering aboard for a full crew is an easy task.
The large saloon table is to starboard opposite the galley with good deep comfortable L-shaped settee style seating. The table folds down converting the saloon into another good sized double.
The basic compact nav station lies aft of the saloon seating the a small chart table and dedicated navigators seat.
Identical heads compartments are located to the port and starboard sides of the companionway, both identical with sea toilet, sink and vanity unit.
Twin aft cabins are sited port and starboard. Both cabins provide good sized double bunks along with good storage for crews personal belongings
3 burner gas cooker/stove

Broker's Comments
Currently used for skippered charters this Jeanneau 44i is currently coded for CAT C usage and offers an excellent opportunity to acquire a 2 year old boat at a fraction of the value she was when new in 2010.
The excellent layout below decks with the flexibility of being able to split the forepeak into two separate cabins she is ideal for charter work, shared ownership or just a large family. On deck the boat is sensibly equipped with twin steering positions at the aft end of the large cockpit and quality Harken deck gear.
Still working currently as a skippered charter yacht viewing is by prior arrangement only.
