Broker's Comments
We are delighted to offer for sale this 1997 Fairline Phantom 43 AC. This particular version is very rare as only 16 were ever made and so hold their value well.
Both engines have been serviced annually and can be seen running via an engine test once an offer is agreed.
The boat is in need of a full cut and polish to bring her up to standard and so within the photo pack you will find photos of both her current condition and once polished up.
(We would also say that the boat is currently being stored in a dusty boatyard and so does make it very difficult to really show her off to her best, this shouldn't deter any prospective buyer, just needs a good wash down).
The current owner has spent a huge amount of money on new upholstery throughout, new carpet and had all the woodwork professionally French polished, she looks immaculate.
The interior space is very large and would comfortably accommodate 6 adults. Some nice touches have been made to make her feel more modern than her years, for example matching matt black power sockets and headlights in the lining.
She also benefits from 2 large cabins, each of which has an adjoining spacious ensuite with full height shower. A large saloon, galley, even a small utility room with a washing machine/tumble dryer.
In the cockpit, again new upholstery throughout, teak decking, spacious helm seat, forward facing passenger seats and a very large aft deck social dining space.
There is also a very large swim platform laid with teak with powered pasarelle.
She is priced to accommodate that the exterior needs some work (cut polish and a few GRP repairs).
If you would like any more details or to organise a personal viewing, then please do get in touch and we would be pleased to help.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
