Broker's Comments
This is an ideal boat for an ocean crossing such as the ARC. She is built for deep sea operation. He has a generator, water maker and SSB radio not to mention air conditioning for long stay comfort in the tropics. The yacht is in very good condition and the current owners have regularly serviced the yacht to keep it in commission.
An important point is that the VAT has been paid on this yacht.
At her current price she is the cheapest in her class for her level of equipment fit and tax paid status.
Last anti-fouled and anodes changed in June 2013.
