It's difficult to know where to start with such a yacht, as there is so much to say about this custom built motor cruiser!
She was built in Cyprus for a timber importer who made sure the best seasoned mahogany was used throughout - and it appears that no expense was spared in her build.
Having 4 separate cabins, 8 berths and 3 heads (all with showers), there is adequate room for the entire family and the master suite would be an asset to any 5 star hotel.
With a huge saloon and modern fully fitted galley this yacht could make a fantastic floating home. She comes complete with sea views you would pay a huge premium for, masses of space for sunbathing up top and only a few minutes walk from the beach and town centre. (Air B&B beckons)
She is powered by two 120hp diesel engines that give you very economical cruising at a sedate speed of 10 knots.

Hi Kevin, yes the VAT exemption is for the boat, so will therefore remain the same for a UK purchaser.

Hi Graeme, thank you for your enquiry. This boat was built in 1974, so therefore exempt from proving any VAT was paid. She retains the status as VAT paid.
