Broker's Comments
The beautiful lines of this 1926 Luxemotor speak for themselves. It is what made the current owners fall in love with her.
She has undergone extensive renovation, with the hull taken back to bare metal both inside and out. Sprayfoam insulation applied, new tanks installed, new boiler and radiators plumbed in and countless other jobs undergone to make the boat their ideal floating home. However, there is still more to do, and the couple have decided to prioritise their family and sell.
There is still fitting to do - largely cosmetic - as all the big work has been done. The interior lining is functional, but could be improved. The fitment of lockers/cupboards would finish the boat perfectly. There is a separate, self contained cabin accessed via the wheelhouse.
She is currently moored at Tower Bridge moorings, but the berth is not transferable.
She was last out of the water in 2021 for a routine survey. She is epoxy coated and has nearly new anodes (visible in the photo).
