I saw the Hull of this lovely Birchwood TS37 out of the water and she looked just fabulous as you will see from my photographs. A sturdy vessel that is very surefooted at sea and will cruise beautifully at 15 knots. The owners of this Birchwood have maintained her meticulously. The anti-fouling has been carried out, anodes changed, trim tabs serviced and hull professionally polished. The hull gleams and looks blemish free too. The aft deck has had tek dek laid. The radar arch folds down with the aid of an ingenious gas strut. The flybridge is well laid out with ample seating. The aft deck has seating with lockers built in. The side decks are wide and easy to walk around and have a textured non slip finish as does the coachroof too. The fender holders are a practical touch, as is the windlass.

The interior of this vessels smells nice and has been well cared for over the years. As you enter the companion way you will see how light and airey the boat is. On the portside there is the saloon which converts into a generous double berth. To the starboardside there is the interior helm and storage cupboards. This boat has fabulous storage space. Moving forward the galley is to the starboardside. It is well equipped with good work surface space. The current owners have cleverly converted the portside dinette into an additional storage and preparation area. The base of the original dinette is still in place and the cushions etc could be reinstated should a new owner prefer. The forward cabin is spacious and has a wardrobe and plenty of storage. There is a heads to the starboardside. The aft cabin provides spacious sleeping accomodation with wardrobe and ample storage cupboards too. There is a decent sized ensuite heads too.

This Birchwood TS37, aft cabin cruiser has been exquisitly maintained over the years by her current owners. She has been to Holland, Belgium, France, up the Thames and up the East Coast. She has provided her current owners with many hours of pleasure both in terms of her performance and the fabulous accommodation. She is a great passagemaker and would also make an ideal liveaboard too. The current owners have often taken family or other couples out with them on cruises and found that the boat has ample space to socialise yet still provide privacy for all parties concerned. Some people may have their own ideas regarding upholstery but everything is comfortable below decks. I cannot express enough the fact that the important things appear to have been meticulously maintained regarding this lovely Birchwood. The owners are very competent sailors so are in an ideal position to provide an excellent hand over for the lucky owners to be of this vessel.
