Broker's Comments
On stepping aboard this popular style yacht, from the bow moving to the stern the wide side deck makes moving around easy and safe feeling. The cockpit is spacious and comfortable with dual helm, and winches within easy reach.
On going below into the saloon, the chart table on the port side has all the navigation instruments required for coastal trips or off shore sailing. The fully equipped galley is on the starboard side with cooker, fridge, microwave, double drainer sink and worktops with cupboards under. The saloon has an armchair next to the chart table, the saloon and dining area on the starboard side has a dining table which can be extended around the kidney shaped seating area.
Moving forward to the double forward cabin with wardrobes and cupboards, en suite with WC wash basin and shower. The two aft cabins are also double cabins with separate heads with WC wash basin and shower on the port side.
The interior appears to be clean, however the exterior is in need of a good wash and polish.
The owner had the hull anti fouled with ultra sonic anti foul system. The present owner has owned this yacht since 2013 and is moving to the U.S.A hence the reason for selling.
