Boarding via the swim platform, the cockpit is, currently, partially enclosed; additional clear panels are stowed for the summer months. A full enclosure allows you to enjoy the space in any weather. The brightwork is ready to be stripped bare for easy no-fuss maintenance or stripped to restore the beauty of a fresh varnish. The large lazarette includes the Westerbeke generator with space for storage on either side.
Entering the salon, an L-shaped settee is port with two chairs starboard. There are minor areas on the settee in the salon and pilothouse which need repair but it is the perfect time for you to pick your own upholstery when you get to that project. The entertainment center with the Sylvania TV and JVC stereo is forward along with the U-line Ice maker. The counter is a perfect spot for a bar set up or buffet. The u-shaped galley (forward of the settee) includes an LG Microwave, Force 10 3-burner electric stove and oven, Norcold refrigerator and freezer (12v/120v), a Whirlpool trash compactor, a stainless sink and storage above and below.
Interior lights have been upgraded to LED though out. There are two sources of heat on board: an Espar D8LC diesel furnace and four (4) electric heaters (three - 750w and one - 500w). You will be comfortable during any season at the dock or at anchor!
Forward of the salon and galley, you proceed down three steps to the guest stateroom with a queen berth on port. The guest/day head with a separate shower, Dometic electric toilet and sink with storage above is opposite on starboard.
The cabinet which usually holds the washer/dryer unit is vacant and quite large allowing many possibilities for storage or other uses.
The main stateroom has an island queen berth with a hatch above and either side for ventilation and light. Hanging lockers and drawers on either side and under the bed provide storage options. The private ensuite includes an enclosed shower/tub, Dometic electric toilet, sink and storage.
This model 4588 has the third stateroom partitions installed which separates it from the main stateroom. There is a built-in desk with a settee that converts to bunks for additional sleeping arrangements.
The pilothouse has sliding doors to access the side decks and forward to the bow to handle dock lines or weigh the anchor. The enclosed flybridge helm and seating area are just a few steps up a ladder from the pilothouse. The flybridge has excellent visibility while underway or docking and is a very comfortable area for entertaining. Aft is the boat deck with a davit to stow a dinghy, kayaks, or other personal watercraft.
