NEW PRICE £75,000 + V.A.T.
(£88,125 inc v.a.t. which may be reclaimable)
“This is a lot of boat for the money, and a very tidy example of the model. It’s big. You can lose eight people and their kit in the four cabins and still keep the saloon free for majestic dinner parties, where there will be a seat for everyone around the big wooden saloon table. The big linear galley encourages ambitious culinary exploits, with lots of work space. Acres of dark wood abound below decks, but the plentiful hatches and port-lights combine with the sheer size of the boat to ensure that nowhere feels oppressive. There are lockers everywhere, and each one has a proper locking button – no flimsy bird-catches hiding behind finger-breaking holes here. There’s a good-sized cockpit, too, with a big folding table for al-fresco meals. The size of the boat justifies the twin helms. In-mast furling complements roller reefing on the genoa, making sail-setting a cinch. Other impressive features include the generous engine access and the sensible-sized dedicated nav station. This is one very nice boat. Although she is in charter (coded Category 2), she has clearly been carefully treated and her looks, inside and out, belie her age.”
