Broker's Comments
At first sight most people assume this is a Swan. There was a time when Bavaria yachts were built to tough exacting standards of the Germanischer Lloyd classification body. This Bavaria Lagoon 430 comes from that era.
As a broker I have learned that it is not the age of the boat that is important but the condition in which she has been kept. The owner of this boat is a marine engineer and seems to have taken delight in making her the best kept and best equipped Bavaria I have yet seen. This boat has been used in Atlantic cruising and she's been to the Canaries, Madeira and the entire Eastern seaboard of the Atlantic from the UK down to southern Morocco. This boat could leave for an Atlantic crossing this evening. If an ARC is your ambition this boat is your mount.
