Broker's Comments
This yacht is in excellent condition having been owned by one owner from new and only being in private use. There is a possibility that delivery could be included in the price.
She has a fully integrated GPS, chartplotter and radar all communicating by Seatalk and providing excellent situational awareness.
Her furling genoa and slab reefing (with Lazy Jacks) with all lines brought to the cockpit make sail handling a pleasure.
This three cabin version would suit a family or a sailing school looking for a training boat.
I don't expect this boat to remain on my listings for long. Combine a viewing with a visit to the historic Rock of Gibraltar as soon as possible.
