Broker's Comments
Wow ! What a superb blue water cruiser.
She was custom designed and privately commissioned with an impressive build cost exceeding £1.2 million. This deck house schooner is really something special. With masses of space, a fabulous schooner rig and a vast mechanical spec, this vessel will take you wherever you want to go.
She is set up for short handed or single handed sailing.
Although not chartered, she is fully coded for 14 persons, so, would be ideally suited to chartering, corporate entertaining and seamanship training.
Part 1 registered.
The owner is willing to give a new owner instruction/training.
This is a huge boat, massively equipped and very well priced.
The yacht is VAT paid.
She is lying in Cornwall which is easily reached by scheduled flights from London Gatwick to Newquay airport.
Note: The owner has started a new venture and requires a quick sale Autumn 2007 ! Please call Steven on 01326 372500
