Very rudimentary. The interior is suitable for day sailing and if you are happy to camp, then over night stays are possible ! Would suit a practical person to cosmetically improve the interior.

Comentario del broker
If you want a proper wooden boat for coastal cruising and doing a few classic boat events, then this little beauty may just the ticket.
She is a relatively new boat with a very interesting past. Originally, concieved as a 3/4 decker, she now has a small cabin to make her more suitable for longer trips.
The engine and electronics are all new.
She had a great write up in the Boatman Magazine titled "An Egyptian Yawl from Essex".
The current owner has had the new engine and electronics fitted and has cruised her extensively around Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
To discuss this boat further, contact Steven of Boatshed Falmouth.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
