Broker's Comments
This sizeable barge offers the opportunity to create a wonderful family home. The saloon, galley, and bathroom have been fully modernised, with 3 cabins providing an unusually large amount of accommodation. The boat is hooked up to shore power providing mains electricity but also benefits from a powerful generator to keep all the systems running while cruising.
Off-street parking is included with the mooring, with keycode access to the island providing a high level of security to the community living afloat. The Hampton Station is only a short walk as are the local shops.
The vessel was last out of the water in 2018, when she was reblacked and a hull survey carried out. The survey reported no significant deterioration.
The mooring at Platt's Eyot is fully transferable at a cost 5%, to be negotiated between the buyer and the seller. Mooring fees are expected to be circa £750 per month, but prospective buyers should make their own enquiries with the island's management.

Hi, I noticed on the pictures what seemed to look like evidence of water ingress in the cabin areas. Could you tell me if this is recent or historic, please. Also has the boat had a recent survey? Many thanks Helen
